The people at Twin Cities Auto Glass are top-notch! They were very responsive and were able to get my Passenger side glass replaced very quickly. It was the end of November and a thief broke my window, trying to steal something from my car. So the thought of driving around with an open window at 30° was not ideal. They were able to schedule me within two days on a Saturday and replaced everything. Fantastic customer service I highly recommend them.

Kelly did a fabulous job getting my information and passing it along to the office where I had another pleasant interaction setting up my appointment. Holden kept me informed via text day of with details such as when he would be arriving and how the install was going. Once completed he called to let me know and provided details for aftercare. It was such a wonderful and easy experience that I would definitely go again with them!

I had a great experience here. They were very prompt in replying to my online inquiry and the rate of $75 to fix a rock chip was fair. The process took less than an hour, and Holden was really great at explaining the repair to me. I really appreciated him taking the time to share what he did and how the repair would look. It was also a nice bonus that he vacuumed out my driver's side! Overall a great experience and while I hope I don't have to return with another chip, I definitely would come back here if I did!

The customer service was exceptional. My back window got hit by a bouncing golf ball from a tee box and shattered my back window. I was contacted by Holden at Twin Cities Auto Glass regarding an estimate of damage, process for the insurance claim and time to repair. It was seamless in working with them. He replaced my window last Saturday- two days after the accident. He cleaned up the glass that was scattered throughout the cab. It turned out great! A very happy customer. It looks so good that he decided to purchase a Ford 150 himself 😁 with a "little" pressure from the misses.

I opted for mobile windshield replacement with TC's local installer, Holden. It was a great experience. Holden was punctual and speedy. And his customer service and friendliness were much appreciated. The whole process maybe took an hour and a half including Holden's test drive to recalibrate the lane departure camera. I solicited the job with some other outfits (this was an insurance deal and it was going to cost me my full deductible regardless) but they didn't stand up to the confidence and positivity TC exhibited. I recommend TC Auto Glass for your automotive glass needs, and if you're able, ask them to send Holden. Kudos!

I got Holden for my windshield replacement on my expedition and let me tell you, his service is out of this world outstanding. I am definitely returning for all my glass needs. He went the extra mile and answered all my questions, he let me watch and learn about what he was doing. He even showed me previous flaws on my truck I had no idea about and I really appreciate it. Please if you are going to choose a company or have no idea who to go to, pick this one. Its family owned and they really care about who they service. You are NOT just some number and a paycheck. From start to finish these folks deliver! I called around a few places before calling Twin Cities Auto Glass, they were the only shop that asked for the VIN, not year make and model. Holden was exceptional. Good communication, on time and willing to go the extra mile. He installed a windshield in a 35 year old convertible that had lots of pieces that needed to be removed and reinstalled, most of them needed seals or sealer that are no longer available. He carefully removed them so they could be reused and added sealer where they probably should’ve when built. Thanks to everyone who makes this shop work like a Swiss time piece.
They were able to come out to my home the next morning after a call to fix a broken car window. A technician from a different company had damaged our car trying to repair this window previously and Twin City Auto glass went above and beyond and repaired that damage as well! Great service all around and fairly priced. Thank you!
