Customer service was very helpful as I had to change date and location multiple times with my schedule. When the day came to change the windshield. They showed up got it done and never bothered me once as I was sleeping for my night job. Awesome job from start to finish and would highly recommend.

I checked in with Holden in regards to a chip repair on my windshield that I had gotten a week prior, and he was able to squeeze me in and fix it the same day I asked about it. Nothing but good things to say when it comes to timelines, manners, and professionalism. Would recommend Twin Cities Auto Glass to anyone! 10/10 experience

Holden was great from start to finish. Great communication from pre-installation through the whole process. Very knowledgeable and professional and efficient. Holden did all work at my residence. I felt he gave me a good explanation of the extent of the
crack in the windshield and what he was doing to make it as secure as possible. Took his time

I recently had my windshield replaced by Twin Cities Auto Glass, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Holden did an outstanding job from start to finish. He came out to my job, which was super convenient for me, and replaced my windshield right in the parking lot. When I got off work, I had a brand-new windshield waiting for me, it was such a great feeling and honestly made my whole day!
Holden even took the time to carefully remove my parking permit sticker from the old windshield and apply it to the new one perfectly. It looked like it had never even been moved! That extra attention to detail really stood out to me.
I’m extremely satisfied with the work and professionalism Holden displayed throughout the entire process. He was very responsive and professional when communicating through both email and text messages, and he made everything incredibly easy. All I had to do was provide a few pieces of information about my vehicle, and he handled the rest with his team.

They were GREAT! They sent me a reminder text the day before and gave me the address again along with a description of where they were. Holden got my windshield done in 1.5 hours (they had to calbrate the cameras in my car too). He explained everything and showed me codes my car had, that had popped up on his scanner.
Super friendly and my windshield looks fabulous! The price was 1/3 less the the dealership that replaced my last windshield. 200% recommend Twin Cities Auto Glass!

The windshield was replaced in my driveway. The i smaller was as professional as one gets! 34 years of experience and represented the company is an awsome matter! First rate and if I have another windshield claim I certainly would go back to these guys!

We had a great experience with Twin Cities Auto Glass. They were professional throughout. What impressed me the most was that they realized we need not need the glass with lane departure capability and they reimbursed us the difference. You don't see that level of honesty. Great job!

The people at Twin Cities Auto Glass are top-notch! They were very responsive and were able to get my Passenger side glass replaced very quickly. It was the end of November and a thief broke my window, trying to steal something from my car. So the thought of driving around with an open window at 30° was not ideal. They were able to schedule me within two days on a Saturday and replaced everything. Fantastic customer service I highly recommend them.

I was recommended by insurance company to reach out to Kelly for my windshield replacement. Kelly did a fabulous job getting my information and passing it along to the office where I had another pleasant interaction setting up my appointment. Holden kept me informed via text day of with details such as when he would be arriving and how the install was going. Once completed he called to let me know and provided details for aftercare. It was such a wonderful and easy experience that I would definitely go again with them!

Joy contacted me once they were notified by my insurance agent that I needed my windshield repaired. She took care of the insurance contact and had me scheduled for the repair in just minutes. I had a great experience here. They were very prompt in replying to my online inquiry and the rate of $75 to fix a rock chip was fair. The process took less than an hour, and Holden was really great at explaining the repair to me. I really appreciated him taking the time to share what he did and how the repair would look. It was also a nice bonus that he vacuumed out my driver's side! Overall a great experience and while I hope I don't have to return with another chip, I definitely would come back here if I did!

After dealing with an overnight truck break-in, I called Twin Cities Auto Glass on a Monday. Holden was able to replace both windows the next day and he did a fantastic job. The customer service was exceptional. My back window got hit by a bouncing golf ball from a tee box and shattered my back window. I was contacted by Holden at Twin Cities Auto Glass regarding an estimate of damage, process for the insurance claim and time to repair. It was seamless in working with them. He replaced my window last Saturday- two days after the accident. He cleaned up the glass that was scattered throughout the cab. It turned out great! A very happy customer. It looks so good that he decided to purchase a Ford 150 himself 😁 with a "little" pressure from the misses.

I was so pleased with their professionalism and treating me like I was their only customer in the world. Jordan and staff got me set up with my insurance and it was essentially hassle free. Amazing! Holden and his crew replaced my windshield and recalibrating the high tech, intense camera system Subaru uses for their cars. Unbelievable what they had to go through to make it all happen. I opted for mobile windshield replacement with TC's local installer, Holden. It was a great experience. Holden was punctual and speedy. And his customer service and friendliness were much appreciated. The whole process maybe took an hour and a half including Holden's test drive to recalibrate the lane departure camera. I solicited the job with some other outfits (this was an insurance deal and it was going to cost me my full deductible regardless) but they didn't stand up to the confidence and positivity TC exhibited. I recommend TC Auto Glass for your automotive glass needs, and if you're able, ask them to send Holden. Kudos!

A week ago, a small rock hit my windshield. I started looking for repair shops in Hudson. After getting a few quotes, I found a place that fit my schedule—Twin Cities Auto Glass—and I’m so glad I chose them.

I got Holden for my windshield replacement on my expedition and let me tell you, his service is out of this world outstanding. I am definitely returning for all my glass needs. He went the extra mile and answered all my questions, he let me watch and learn about what he was doing. He even showed me previous flaws on my truck I had no idea about and I really appreciate it. Please if you are going to choose a company or have no idea who to go to, pick this one. Its family owned and they really care about who they service. You are NOT just some number and a paycheck. From start to finish these folks deliver! I called around a few places before calling Twin Cities Auto Glass, they were the only shop that asked for the VIN, not year make and model. Holden was exceptional. Good communication, on time and willing to go the extra mile. He installed a windshield in a 35 year old convertible that had lots of pieces that needed to be removed and reinstalled, most of them needed seals or sealer that are no longer available. He carefully removed them so they could be reused and added sealer where they probably should’ve when built. Thanks to everyone who makes this shop work like a Swiss time piece.

They were able to come out to my home the next morning after a call to fix a broken car window. A technician from a different company had damaged our car trying to repair this window previously and Twin City Auto glass went above and beyond and repaired that damage as well! Great service all around and fairly priced. Thank you!
