Easy communication and coordination to have them come out to my home. Friendly tech inspected my windshield however the rock caused more damage than could be spot repaired, their tech Jesse came out repaired and calibrated my windshield seamlessly. Again easy communication from start to finish. Would definitely recommend these guys.

this place has proved to be one of the most incompetent shops I have ever visited in my life. We had a break-in on our car and had the window smashed. I called four different places. This place told me they had the part and could have it done in two days. I drove my car 25 minutes out of my way from St. Paul to get to the shop. The day it was due to be compketed they called me and told me they NOW couldn’t get the part for another 10 days. To add insult to injury when I got there to pick my car up, they had told me they had taped the car up for me on the voicemail that they left but when I got there, the car had not been taped up at all.
So essentially i drive 50 minutes round trip for nothing - A complete WASTE of TIME. They are confused and clueless. Highly advised not to use this shop, go to HAAS automotive glass in Saint Paul. HAAS came in 120 cheaper FYI

I had a quick response from their receptionist with prices, quotes and appointments. Loved the responsiveness!
Mark was the technician that came out to my location and did a phenomenal job on my Corvette. They have an extremely fair price and great employees.

Twin Cities Auto Glass replaced a windshield on a 2025 Toyota Camry and repaired a chip on a 2023 Nissan Rogue, with one of the jobs done at our home in Blaine. Both were completed on the same day. Scheduling was quick, communication was easy at every step, and the work was high-quality. The team was professional, friendly, and made the entire process effortless. I highly recommend them.

The service was really quick as far as pricing, very good to others I shopped around. They put my dash cam back and even did what I didn’t do, properly tuck the wiring to the cam out of sight. Took a quick nap in their waiting area allowing the office staff to listen to my snoring. They didn’t shake me awake or poor water on me, which is a huge plus. I’ll be coming here for now on.

First off, what safelite offers in pictures with the before and after of chipped windows is not even close what I received. I still have small cracks not filled and the chip they filled now looks like a bug splatted on my windshield. When I called customer service they told me it’s cosmetic and I need to pay for a whole new windshield… next the mobile drive came out went to the wrong address and almost didn’t come and the driver was not the guy in the text. Overall not a good experience…

The first phone call to this business was top notch down to the installing process. I called and the next day Jason S arrived and did perfect job. He was very professional and did a stellar job. He is excellent at his job. It is VERY hard to find a company who does work like this. I used Safelight Glass and it was a nightmare. Had my car broken into sometime over the weekend while I was out of town. Called them up on Monday and had my side window replaced in my driveway before noon on Tuesday. Customer service between the office and the technician was fantastic! 10/10

Well, the White Bear TCAG site is very definitely a First Class operation. Nothing is "coach class". Please. Spacious waiting lounge, bathroom clean as a whistle, their air conditioning system REALLY works well (wear a sweater). My busted windshield replaced yesterday -- front office personnel were charming, friendly, and efficient; no bureaucratic BS or rigmarole. Simply put vehicle keys on the counter and, soon enough, magic happens. The guy who replaced my windshield was fast, courteous, detail-oriented, and smart as a whip. I will let him take out my gallbladder tomorrow morning at 7:00 if I get to choose the anesthesiologist. Summary: Seriously, don't go anywhere else for glass replacement on your vehicle. Go to TCAG in White Bear Lake. I scored my visit at 14.7 points out of 10 possible. Folks who go anywhere else for vehicle glass work must be crazy.

Huge shoutout to the Twin Cities Auto Glass tech (I've forgotten his name) who found and fixed the problem I had with noise coming from the windshield. He was able to find the source of the problem was the loose clips that hold the plastic cowl in place around the windshield and added tape to keep the from rattling. He was generous with his time and expertise and I am so happy with the results!!

I had my windshield replaced by a young tech a couple days ago. He called about 10 minutes before arriving within the window of time I was given to say he would be here shortly. The guy was very professional, knowledgeable, soft-spoken, and efficient. He had to calibrate the sensors by taking the truck on the road for a few minutes. When finished, the vehicle was clean inside and the windshield looked perfect. Over all, my experience was top-notch and I will be returning if I need any more windshields replaced. The tech was a perfect representation of the company and I hope he has a long, successful career with TCAG. THANK YOU.
